ALTERNATE DOCUMENTATION IS ONLY REQUIRED  IF YOUR CURRENT DRIVER'S LICENSE DOES NOT  REFLECT YOUR CURRENT ADDRESS.   (ONLY ONE OF THESE DOCS IS REQUIRED).

CURRENT MEANS: 

1. For weekly / monthly issued documents (i.e. utility bills, check stubs etc.) current is within the last 30 days.
2. For  state / federal documents (i.e. SSA, IRS, military orders, voter  registration, property tax bills, etc.) current is the current calendar  year.

• Current Statement with name and CURRENT ADDRESS. Please redact sensitive data.

•   Current utility bill (including postmarked envelope bill was mailed in) with CURRENT ADDRESS.

•  Current rental/mortgage contract fully signed and executed or receipt including deed of sale for property with CURRENT ADDRESS.

• Current employer verification (e.g., paycheck/check stub, work ID or badge)  with CURRENT ADDRESS.

•  Current Tennessee motor vehicle registration with current address.

•  For Military Personnel – Copy of Stationing Orders and current Leave & Earnings Statement with CURRENT ADDRESS.  Military ID required as well.

•  Current Tennessee voter registration with CURRENT ADDRESS.

• Receipt for personal property or real estate taxes paid within the last year with CURRENT ADDRESS.

• Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) issued by the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) with CURRENT ADDRESS.

• ATF SPECIAL OPERATIONS TAX (SOT FORM 4) WITH CURRENT ADDRESS.
• CURRENT TN "ENHANCED" HANDGUN PERMIT
